Originally, our Dixons OpenSource videos were made to make sure all Dixons colleagues had access to the same thinking and learning that we share so regularly with visitors. 

We were persuaded by colleagues that this work could be of use beyond Dixons and the response we have had from colleagues across the country has been incredible and humbling.

Many colleagues reached out asking for additional resources and connection, and this is how Dixons Insight and Onsite were born.
